Shipping policy
All orders ship from Perth, Australia, within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If any delays occur with dispatch, we will notify you promptly.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to update, as there may be a brief delay between packing and the initial tracking scan.
Please double-check all details at checkout, as all orders are final. IM AEGYO cannot guarantee changes to products or shipping details once order confirmation is sent. Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
If a parcel is returned to IM AEGYO due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for a return and redelivery fee of $15. If you realize your address may be incorrect, please contact us at hey.imaegyo@gmail.com before the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
For any other returned parcels, an $15 return and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. IM AEGYO is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels with incorrect or insufficient addresses provided during checkout. Additionally, IM AEGYO is not liable for lost or stolen parcels unless the loss occurs during transit. Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully received.
All our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave, unless an option for Signature on Delivery is selected for an extra $3. Please note, parcels redirected or authorized for safe drop cannot be covered for loss or delivery failure.
Please ensure your address is correct at confirmation to avoid delays or fees.
