Refund policy
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on orders once they have been dispatched. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hey.imaegyo@mail.com. Our team will assist you in arranging a return for a replacement or refund. Please note, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any inquiries made after 14 days from the delivery date.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund posts officially. Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@imaegyo.com.au
Damaged Items
All items are quality-checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during delivery. If your order arrives with damaged items, please email us at hello@imaegyo.com.au within 14 days, including photos of the damaged product(s) (excluding the outer box). Once approved, we will assist with a return.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within several days.
Our policy extends for 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on damaged goods after this period.
